Automate the loading of parts to the production line, and check the position of the part.

Previous working

The person had to load the parts by hand on the conveyor. Due to fatigue or inattention, errors occurred when the part was placed on the wrong side.

Result

After installing the new system, it is now sufficient for one person to maintain it, who at the same time also maintains other equipment. The system also checks that the part is being transported in the correct direction.
1200 parts are loaded per hour, and the installation can work 24/7.
