Precise cutting of the honeycomb without stopping the production line.

Preivous working

The construction of the cutting unit is too massive. There is no way to cut short pieces at high speed. Workpiece length measuring system installed incorrectly, a lot of cutting errors.

Result

Modern, light-frame cutting unit is made. A new length measuring system has been installed, automatic control equipment has been replaced. Programming and debugging works performed.
